Filing and polishing
Specialists in manual filing and polishing of aluminium and stainless steel castings. This process removes burrs, smooths imperfections and achieves gloss or matt finishes, preparing the piece for a flawless end result.
Anodising
Anodising is a treatment that generates a controlled oxide film on the surface, improving resistance to corrosion and wear and providing a high-quality aesthetic finish. A durable and versatile solution for all types of parts, it can be done in matt or gloss. It can be combined with previous treatments such as gloss polishing, scotch polishing and blasting.
Pickling and passivation
We use specialised chemical treatments to remove impurities, stains and contamination from metal surfaces. The result is clean, uniform parts that are ready to extend their service life and optimise their performance.
Electropolishing
Electrolytic process that dissolves the surface layer of the metal in a controlled manner, levelling the base material and achieving a high-quality shiny finish, creating a passive layer on the surface.
Coloured anodising
This is carried out after natural anodising. It can be combined with prior bright polishing, scotch polishing and blasting treatments. The colour is fixed to the surface of the aluminium using organic or mineral dyes. Thanks to the wide range of customisable colours, it is possible to improve both the resistance and the final appearance of each piece.
Blasting
We have blasting facilities for medium and small parts, working with abrasives such as glass beads and corundum. This process homogenises the surface, eliminates defects and prepares the parts for further treatments such as anodising or electropolishing.

At Anodizados Oliva, we believe that producing well also means producing responsibly. That is why we have our own treatment plant that treats our wastewater, ensuring that discharges comply with the required environmental standards.
Certified waste management
Anodizados Oliva is registered in the Waste Producers Register of the Generalitat de Catalunya with the code P-01834.3 and the NIMA code 0800443115.
In addition, we comply with the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations through our membership of GENCI’s SCRAP, with registration number RPP ENV/2023/000010358.
We declare all waste — hazardous and non-hazardous — annually and guarantee that it is managed by authorised operators in compliance with European and Catalan regulations.
